Data Retention: Your game scores and settings are retained on your device until you delete the app or clear the app's data.

- No sharing with other app developers
- No sharing with social media platforms
- No sharing with government agencies (except as required by law)
Mathy requests the following permission from your device:
Photo Library Access:
- Purpose: We request permission to save screenshots of your game results or best scores to your photo library. This allows you to share your achievements with others if you choose to do so.
- How It's Used: This permission is only used when you explicitly choose to save an image from the app. The permission is not used to access your existing photos or to share any of your personal photos.-
- You Can Deny This Permission: You can deny photo library access, and the app will continue to function normally. You simply won't be able to save images directly to your photo library from within the app.
Mathy does not use any third-party services that collect your information. Specifically:
- We do not use analytics services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, etc.)
- We do not use advertising networks
- We do not use crash reporting services that collect personal information
- We do not use social media SDKs that track user behavior
- We do not make any network requests to external servers
Mathy is an educational game that may be used by children. We take children's privacy seriously:
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction)
- We do not collect any personal information from any users, including children
- All data is stored locally on the device and is not transmitted anywhere
- Parents can review their child's device to see what information is stored locally

- Deleting the Mathy app from your device
- Going to iOS Settings > [Your Device Name] > [Storage] > Mathy > Delete App
3. Control Permissions: You can revoke photo library permission at any time through iOS Settings
4. No Tracking: We do not track you across apps or websites, so no opt-out is needed
If you wish to delete all data stored by Mathy:
1. Delete the App: Remove Mathy from your device, which will delete all locally stored data
2. Clear App Data (if reinstalled): After reinstalling, all previous scores and settings will be reset
Once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered as we do not maintain any backups or copies of your device data.
Mathy is available globally. This Privacy Policy is designed to comply with privacy laws in various jurisdictions, including:
